HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTOS TO US
Send a Scanned image…
If you have a scanner you can scan your photograph and send it to us using the form below.
You should always scan your image in colour regardless of whether it is colour or B&W.
Image resolution
You should scan your photographs with at least 300 dots per inch and
for smaller photos, we recommend that you measure the longest edge of
your photograph and set your scanner resolution based on the table below.
9+ inches 300dpi
7 – 8 inches 400dpi
5 – 6 inches 600dpi
3 – 4 inches 1200dpi
1 – 2 inches 2400dpi
The resulting scan should be saved as a high quality (low compression) jpg file.

If you prefer, you can send your photos to us by post and we will take care of the scanning for you.
But get in touch first using the form below.
If you decide to post your picture, you should use Royal Mail tracked and signed for service to ensure that your photograph can be tracked.
We will return your originals with your repaired photograph as well as a digital version.
